Our Mission
Our Vision
Connex is a platform created by students, for students. The idea was born from our Sixth Form student team, who experienced first-hand the challenges of finding short-term work-experience to fulfill curriculum requirements. Many students especially those between the ages of 15 to 18, struggle to connect with companies offering meaningful work-experience.
Our mission was simple: to bridge the gap between young students eager to gain work experience and companies looking to nurture the next generation of talent.
We believe that early exposure to professional environments helps students make more informed decisions about their future careers, while companies benefit from fresh perspectives and the opportunity to develop future talent.
Connex hopes to create opportunities specifically tailored to students aged between 15 and 21 years of age.
